What is HydroKNCT?
HydroKNCT is Taifitop’s dedicated Remote I/O Module, purpose-built for water treatment system connectivity. It features a 6-way dry node connection, 4-way relay (COM/NO) output, 4-way analogue detection (4–20mA current loop),Modbus RTU/TCP, RS485 host/slave mode, supports cascading multiple devices and a single serial data point for transmission giving you a robust, flexible interface between your QEQI® units and the wider network.
What is Taifitop Care?
Taifitop Care is a project management software available as both a web and mobile app on iOS and Android. It allows you to register the installation of QEQI® units and the date of installation, which activates the warranty from the date of installation (according to the terms of the warranty policy). In addition, it connects directly to HydroKNCT devices, giving you a single central dashboard to manage your entire QEQI® network, from installation to real-time performance monitoring and reporting.
